TaskersPro AI LLC ("we", "our" or "the Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use our website, our platform and our services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information when you:
- Sign up for our programs or services
- Download free materials or resources
- Subscribe to our newsletter
- Communicate with us
- Use our web or mobile platforms
The personal data we collect may include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Business name and description
- Postal code
- Billing and payment information (processed by third parties; we do not store your full card details)
- Any information you share in conversations with our AI agents
1.2 Information About Your Business's Customers
If you use our AI agents to serve your own customers and prospects (for example, through WhatsApp, Telegram, your website's chat or other connected channels), we process on your behalf the data those people share in the conversation: name, phone number, email address and the content of the messages. You are responsible for having the right or the consent required for that data to be processed on the platform. We protect this information with the same security measures described in Section 7, including encryption of contact data.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically (Cookies and Analytics)
On our marketing website we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand in aggregate how visitors use the site (page views, traffic source, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers for this purpose. This information is statistical and we do not use it to identify you personally.
You can prevent this measurement by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
1.4 Information from Integrations You Connect
When you connect third-party services to your account (for example, Google, Meta, Stripe or Twilio), we receive the information needed to operate that integration, always with your prior authorization. Access to Google API data is additionally governed by Section 11 of this Notice.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide the service — give you access to the platform, process transactions, provide support and personalize your experience.
- AI-powered services — provide assistance through our AI agents and generate content and recommendations tailored to your business.
- Communications — send confirmations, service updates, newsletters (with your consent) and feedback requests.
- Improvement and analytics — analyze usage in aggregate to improve our products and services.
- Legal compliance — comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect our rights.
Note on AI: your conversations with our AI agents are stored to provide continuity of service. We may use aggregated and anonymized information to improve our services; this does not apply to data received from Google APIs (see Section 11). We do not share your conversations with third parties to train their own models.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent — where you have given your explicit consent
- Contract — to deliver the services you contracted
- Legitimate interest — to improve services and prevent fraud
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws
4. Sharing Your Information
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the platform: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database and authentication), Google (Gemini AI models on Vertex AI), Stripe (payments), Twilio and Meta (WhatsApp and social messaging, when you connect those channels), SendGrid (email) and Google Analytics (web analytics).
- Authorities, when required by law, legal process, or to prevent fraud and protect security.
- Third parties with your explicit consent.
Corporate transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
International transfers: your data may be processed in the United States or other countries. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
5. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Jurisdiction-specific rights
- California residents (CCPA): the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data) and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
- EU/EEA residents (GDPR): all of the rights above, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- Mexico residents (LFPDPPP): ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection), the right to limit the use and disclosure of your data, and the right to withdraw your consent.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information:
- While you maintain an active account with us
- For as long as needed to provide the services
- As required by law (for example, transaction records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and tax obligations)
- For marketing purposes, until you withdraw your consent
When you request the deletion of your data, we delete or anonymize it except for what the law requires us to retain.
7. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, including additional encryption of your customers' contact data
- Restricted access controls under the principle of least privilege
- Isolation of each account's data through security rules
- Regular backups and periodic security reviews
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law (within 72 hours under the GDPR), describing the nature of the incident and recommended steps to protect yourself.
8. Cookies
- Essential cookies — required for the platform to work, such as session management and authentication.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics on our marketing site (see Section 1.3), with an opt-out option.
You can control or delete cookies from your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the service works.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us.
10. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
11. Google API Data (Limited Use)
When you connect your Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Drive) to TaskersPro AI, our AI agents access that information solely to perform the functions you request within the platform:
- Gmail — read and summarize recent emails, send replies and follow-ups to your contacts, and label or archive messages at your request.
- Google Calendar — check your availability and create or update appointments with your clients.
- Google Drive — search and read your business documents in order to cite them, and create new files you ask us to save.
TaskersPro AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We do not use Gmail, Calendar or Drive data for advertising purposes.
- We do not use data obtained from Google APIs to train or improve generalized or third-party artificial intelligence models. The reference in Section 2 to "improving our services" does not apply to data received from Google APIs.
- We do not sell this data or transfer it to third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide you the service, for security reasons, or when required by law.
- Human access to this data is restricted and only occurs with your explicit consent, to provide support, for security, or when required by law.
- You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the integration from the app or from your Google account permissions settings.
12. Updates to this Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform, and such changes will take effect 30 days after notification.
13. Consent
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Notice, understand how we collect and use your information, and consent to the processing described here. For certain uses (marketing, non-essential cookies) we will request your explicit consent separately. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or using your account settings.
