These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform, website and services of TaskersPro AI LLC ("TaskersPro AI", "we" or "the Company"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By signing up for, accessing or using TaskersPro AI, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is truthful and up to date. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
TaskersPro AI is an AI-native operating system for small businesses. It includes business-building tools (Launchpad) and artificial intelligence agents (LeadTasker, ContentTasker, CoachTasker and WebTasker) that assist with daily operations. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- An account belongs to one holder; it must not be shared unless your plan allows it.
4. Plans, Payments and Subscriptions
- Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and are described on our pricing page. We offer a 14-day free trial and the paid plans Starter, Pro and Enterprise, plus add-ons available depending on the plan.
- The free trial does not require a payment method and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the trial ends, you must purchase a plan to keep using the paid features.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge to your payment method.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change prices by giving you reasonable notice before your next renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages or communications that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
- Upload malicious content, compromise the security of the platform or attempt to access other accounts' data.
- Resell, sublicense or exploit the service without our written authorization.
- Use the AI agents to generate misleading, defamatory or harmful content.
6. Communications with Your Customers
The service allows you to communicate with your own customers and prospects through connected channels (for example, WhatsApp, SMS, email, Telegram or your website's chat), including through messages generated or sent by the AI agents on your behalf. By using these features, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the consent or legal basis required to contact each recipient through the channel used.
- You will comply with applicable consumer-protection and anti-spam laws (such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM or their local equivalents), including honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests.
- You will comply with the policies of each channel's provider (for example, Meta's business messaging policies for WhatsApp).
- You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your account, including AI-generated messages you choose to use.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The service allows you to connect third-party platforms (for example, Google, Stripe, Twilio or Meta). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of the corresponding provider, and you are responsible for complying with them. Access to Google API data is additionally governed by our Privacy Notice, including compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access to any integration at any time from the app.
8. User Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or generate through the service ("User Content").
- You grant us a limited license to process that content for the sole purpose of providing you the service.
- The platform, its software, trademarks and materials are the property of TaskersPro AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights to them are transferred to you other than the right to use them in accordance with these Terms.
9. AI-Generated Content
The AI agents may produce text, recommendations or other materials automatically. These outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before using it, especially in customer communications, business decisions or legal, tax or financial matters. TaskersPro AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect availability.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskersPro AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the service or other users. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TaskersPro AI harmless from claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your User Content or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TaskersPro AI LLC is incorporated, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted to you by the law of your place of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
